Ravi Ahuja, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO
Ravi is an academician turned entrepreneur. In an academic career spanning over 30 years, he has taught at several prestigious universities including MIT. He has coauthored 3 books and over 100 research papers. Ravi founded Optym to bring optimization from theory to practice and create significant business value for various industries. He is a hands-on leader and continues to contribute his optimization expertise to every product Optym builds.
Andrew Siesenop
Chief Commercial Officer
Andrew is Chief Commercial Officer of Optym's Rail business unit, where he is responsible for coordinating and executing Optym Rail's global growth strategy. He has extensive experience in the rail space, having worked at Norfolk Southern for 20+ years in operations and transportation planning. Before joining Optym, he spent 6+ years as a member of the GE Transportation/Wabtec commercial team selling digital solutions to railroads worldwide.
Krishna Jha, Ph.D.
Executive Vice President – R&D
- With a Ph.D. in Operations Research, Krishna has been engaged in the R&D of optimization solutions for over 20 years. He contributed significantly to the development of optimization algorithms for airline, railroad and mining industries, and has also been engaged in various consulting engagements. He blends his business knowledge with optimization expertise and develops novel solutions for different industries.
